We collect this information directly from you through our registration form, questionnaire and subsequent communications.

We do not request special category personal data or personal financial information through the waiting-list process.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

3.1. Waiting-list administration

To record your interest in MÔR, maintain your waiting-list registration, respond to enquiries and provide the launch information you requested.

3.2. Business assessment

To evaluate how MÔR could support your business, based on your questionnaire responses.

3.3. Product development

To generate indicative compatibility scores, estimated time savings and financial benefit calculations based on the information you submit.

3.5. Communication

To contact you regarding your registration, requested launch information and relevant enquiries.

We send additional promotional communications only where permitted under PECR, including where you have provided the required marketing consent.

3.6. Security and compliance

To protect our systems, maintain appropriate records and fulfil applicable legal obligations.

We do not use waiting-list information for unrelated purposes without establishing a valid lawful basis and providing the information required by law.

4. Lawful Basis for Processing

Our processing activities rely on the following lawful bases under Article 6 of the UK GDPR.

Legitimate interests — Article 6(1)(f)

We process contact details, business questionnaire responses and associated assessments to administer the waiting list, respond to expressions of interest, evaluate business requirements and improve our platform.

These activities support our legitimate commercial interests in developing and launching MÔR.

We assess these interests against the rights and freedoms of the individuals concerned and restrict processing to what is necessary and proportionate.

Consent — Article 6(1)(a)

We rely on consent for additional electronic marketing communications where consent is required under PECR.

Marketing consent is optional, recorded separately and withdrawn at any time.

Legal obligation — Article 6(1)(c)

We process information where necessary to fulfil obligations imposed by applicable law.

5. Communications and Marketing

Submitting the registration form confirms your request to join the MÔR waiting list and receive information about the platform's launch.

We use your email address to administer your registration and send the launch information you requested.

Additional marketing communications, including promotional offers and information about future products or services, are governed by your marketing preferences and applicable PECR requirements.

Where marketing consent is required, we obtain it through a separate, optional checkbox.

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or by contacting info@moroperations.com.

You can also request removal from the waiting list.

We honour marketing objections and maintain the minimum information necessary to prevent unwanted future marketing contact.

6. Compatibility Assessments

Our business questionnaire produces automated calculations based on the responses provided.

These include compatibility scores, potential time savings and indicative financial values.

The results are estimates, not guarantees of commercial or operational performance.

Authorised MÔR personnel use these assessments to understand prospective customers' requirements and provide relevant follow-up information.

These calculations do not determine an individual's legal rights or make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

We do not sell individual questionnaire responses or identifiable assessment results.

7. Data Storage and Security

Waiting-list information is stored in systems administered by MOR Operations Ltd.

Access is restricted to authorised personnel with a legitimate business requirement.

We protect information through appropriate technical and organisational security measures, including access controls, authentication and secure storage arrangements.

External technology providers process information on our behalf where required to operate our website, database and communication systems.

We require appropriate data protection agreements and security safeguards from providers acting as our data processors.

No electronic system can guarantee absolute security. We maintain procedures for responding to personal data breaches and complying with applicable reporting obligations.

8. Sharing Personal Information

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information collected through the waiting list.

We do not provide identifiable waiting-list information to unrelated businesses for their independent advertising or marketing purposes.

Our contracted technology providers process information solely for the services they provide to MÔR, subject to their contractual obligations and applicable law.

We disclose personal information to competent authorities when legally required and where disclosure is otherwise permitted by applicable law.

We do not publish identifiable waiting-list information or individual questionnaire responses.

9. International Data Transfers

We use technology providers to operate our website, database and communications.

Where these arrangements involve restricted transfers of personal data outside the UK, we apply an appropriate transfer mechanism under UK data protection law, including relevant adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards.

Details of applicable transfer arrangements are available upon request at info@moroperations.com.

10. Data Retention

We retain waiting-list contact details, questionnaire responses and associated assessments for 24 months after the most recent meaningful interaction with MÔR.

We review records and delete or anonymise information when the retention period expires, unless continued retention is required or justified under applicable law.

You can request removal from the waiting list and deletion of your personal information at any time.

We assess deletion requests in accordance with UK GDPR and retain only information that remains necessary for a lawful purpose.

We retain minimal marketing suppression records to honour opt-out requests and prevent unwanted contact.

If you become a MÔR customer, personal information required for the customer relationship is handled under the privacy terms applicable to that relationship.

11. Your Data Protection Rights

Under the UK GDPR, you have the following rights, subject to applicable legal conditions:

You have the unconditional right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing, including related profiling. We stop processing your information for direct marketing purposes when you object.

To exercise your rights, contact info@moroperations.com.

We respond to requests within one month, subject to extensions permitted by law. We verify identity where necessary to protect personal information.

12. Website Cookies and Technical Data

Our website processes technical information necessary for its operation and security, including relevant connection and server-log information.

We use strictly necessary technologies without consent where the law permits.

We obtain consent before using non-essential cookies or similar tracking technologies where required by PECR.

The hosting service uses Cloudflare’s __cf_bm cookie for bot protection and a __dpl cookie associated with serving the website. These are separate from visitor analytics.

The published website currently loads Lovable visitor-analytics scripts to measure website usage. The analytics configuration and any required consent or objection controls are under review.
